Archie Madzogo’s Music Targets The World's Hearts

 



The world's developments in technology, beliefs and culture seem to be pushing chaos more than benefits. Information and Communication Technology ICT has brought a fair share of benefits and adverse effects to the world’s societies. Information is now readily available at anyone’s finger tips through the World Wide Web or internet.

 

Cultural exchange and dissemination is now very easy. Fashion trends, entertainment, news, products are now easily detected on internet and the impact is both detrimental and convenient depending on individual coaching. Cultural degradation, drug abuse, cyber crimes, pornography and human trafficking are most prevalent crimes affecting societies. Solutions to this seem remote.

 

Archie Madzogo is inspired to use his music to change the negative impact of technology and globalisation on world societies. Since 2010 Archie Madzogo has been writing songs. He reiterate that some of his music come through dreams. While he is asleep the lyrics and the beat come to his ears, soon after he takes his pen and recorder to capture the songs. He promised that his time is now when he wants to deliver lost societies from disorder.


This month of August 2023 Archie Madzogo is releasing a debut single called, Amazing Lord. The song is already available on our local radios and distribution is being done through online stores that shall be availed to the members of the public through social media.

 

Archie Madzogo has prepared his music  to counsel people who have been naturalized by the of state of confusion in the world. Through the same ICT platforms Madzogo wants to spread hope, renewal towards humanity and fear of God.

 

Archie Madzogo is inspired by other natable musicians like Dhuterere, Fungisayi Zvakavapano and the late Dr Oliver Mtukudzi. He says music with words that instigate positive reaction is as valuable as gold.  Our society needs to concentrate on production and trade that eradicate poverty rather than degenerate into chaos. Archie Madzogo went on to say good music lasts forever, who can’t relate to the late Dr Oliver Mtukudzi's music even though he passed on some years back.

Actually it’s naturally impossible to stop all music playing. Have you ever walked into a thick forest alone. An unknown bird will volunteer to entertain you. Maybe the ability to choose the music you prefer is what can be affected but otherwise music will always play,  no one can ever stop music.
